Terms

On purchasing this gift voucher the purchaser has agreed to the Terms & Conditions on behalf of the recipient(s) of the voucher(s).

Validity

Validity is 6 months from the date of purchase.

Booking

Credit Card details, a deposit or gift voucher references are required at time of the call to confirm your spa booking

Arrival

All clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes before any booking time, to check in.

Late Arrival

Late arrival will be considered as a no show. Your gift voucher will automatically be void.

Non-refundable

Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used by the expiry date printed on the voucher.

Non attendance

We regret that your gift voucher will automatically be void if no show.

Cancellation

We ask our client to give 24hr notice to cancel and or groups of two or more, more than 72 hours notice is requested.

If you cancel less than 24hr and intended to pay with a voucher or a coupon, we regret to inform the voucher or coupon will be void.
If you cancel less than 24hr, and intended to pay with a credit card, we regret that 50% of the treatment cost will be automatically charged to your credit card.
The card holder will be charged without notification.

Lost, stolen or destroyed

Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed and will be invalid.

Booking of Spa Treatments

Due to high demand on spa package 2-3 weeks advance booking is required by phoning French Beauty Day Spa. When booking you must have your voucher number ready otherwise we cannot make a reservation. You will be required to produce your voucher on the day, if you do not, you may not be able to avail of your spa treatments. Once a spa package has been booked in it cannot be canceled or postponed under any circumstances. If this occurs your voucher will be NULL & VOID. Individuals arriving late will be accommodated depending on the length of time left.

Exchanges

All vouchers can be exchange as long as they are valid.

Extensions & Administration charges

Vouchers that have expired can be reactivated for a further term, within three months after the expiry date printed on the voucher. A fee of 25% of the current Spa treatments will be charged for reactivating the voucher plus any difference in the cost of the spa treatment. Vouchers cannot be extended outside of the three months from the expiry date rule.

Re-issue of voucher

A voucher can only be re-issued providing proof of purchase is provided and must be still in date. A fee of 10 Euros will occur for each voucher re-issued with any extension fee applicable.

Postponed by French Beauty Day Spa

French Beauty Day Spa reserves the right to postpone any Spa treatment due to unforeseen circumstances. In that event, the voucher holders are advised to contact French Beauty Day Spa to arrange an alternative date.

Cancellation by Voucher Holder

The bearer of a French Beauty Day Spa voucher agrees that in the event of having to postpone / cancel a booked appointment, they will notify French Beauty Day Spa by telephone, email (info@frenchbeauty.ie) or letter at least 2 weeks prior to the day of the course. Failure to do so will result in the voucher becoming invalid. Non attendance: A French Beauty Day Spa voucher automatically becomes invalid.

Gratuities

Gratuities are left to the clients discretion.

Age

Ladies under 18 cannot be facilitated, unless accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.

Confidentiality

All confidential information is used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

French Beauty Day Spa Terms & Conditions

French Beauty Day Spa reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notification. Jurisdiction: Contract will be governed by the laws of the republic of Ireland and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
